Returns & Exchanges
Shopping online should feel as easy as walking into the store. If something doesn't work, we'll make it right.
What can be returned
Clothing and shoes in unworn condition with original tags attached are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale.
Free exchanges
If you'd like a different size or style, place a new order for what you want right away — this gets it to you faster. Then process your original item as a return. When returning for an exchange, your return shipping label is free.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total.
Damaged or incorrect item
If something arrived damaged or not as described, email us at info@belovedboutiqueshop.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll take care of it promptly.
