Beloved Boutique returns are so simple! You can return your purchase via UPS, USPS or you can bring it into our store located at 115 S. Main Street / Breckenridge, CO 80424

STEP 1: Complete the Returns and Exchanges form included in your package.
STEP 2: Go to www.UPS.com or your local USPS to ship.
STEP 3: Make sure to place the RETURNS & EXCHANGES Form, Original Receipt inside with the merchandise. Print and attach shipping label to the package and send it our way.
The purchase will be refunded back to the original payment method or a store credit will be issued and sent to the original shipping address within 7 business days of receipt. If an exchange is requested, in stock items will be shipped within 7 business days of the receipt and an additional shipping charge. We encourage our customers to call us at 970-423-6032 if you have any questions about the fit of any of our product. This will help ensure you get the correct size and not have to worry about exchanges.
RETURNS IN BOUTIQUES
You are also welcome to return your online purchase in our store for a exchange or store credit only, no refunds will be given in-store for merchandise purchased online. In-store returns from your online purchase must be done within 15 days of the ship date. Some exclusions may apply, so see Criteria for Returns & Exchanges below.
CRITERIA FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
* All returns must be received within 15 days from the ship date. No returns will be accepted after the 15 days.
* All returns and exchanges must be in their original unwashed, unworn, unaltered condition with original tags still attached. We have a right to refuse the return or exchange if we feel that the clothing has been worn, washed or altered.
* All returns and exchanges for shoes must be unworn and in its original packaging. We have a right to refuse the return or exchange if we feel that the shoe has been worn.
* All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
* All sale items and jewelry are final sale. No return for store credit nor refunds at all.

If you receive merchandise from Beloved Boutique that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size or color), please contact Customer Service (970) 423-6032 within 2 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued, along with complimentary return shipping, once the damaged merchandise is returned. Please note that we are unable to refund return shipping to the original payment method for a damaged online order.
